Dr. Jason Mann DMD
Co-Founder & Chief Dental Officer
In addition to successfully growing and operating multiple dental practices, Chief Dental Officer, Dr. Jason Mann’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him into several, successful dental business ventures. As an executive leader for several dental companies, Dr. Mann has successfully created and led the development and implementation of Dental Services not only in the clinical practice space, but also in the administrative, operational, and insurer space. Through his partnerships, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) positions, and the growth of his own practices, Dr. Mann is one of the dental industry’s most sought-after leaders.
As Chief Dental Officer at Providence Dental Partners, Dr. Mann has a wide range of responsibilities that focus on clinical leadership, strategic direction, and the delivery of high-quality dental care.
Dr. Mann’s experience includes:
- Founder/President/CEO of Providence Dental Spa. Providence Dental Spa operates multiple dental practices that began in 2011, with headquarters in Macon, Georgia.
- Vice President of Dental Services for Avesis, LLC., a National Third-Party Administrator that administers Dental/Vision benefits in both Commercial and Governmental space.
- Chief Medical Officer of Doctorpedia’s Dental Channel, Strategic Advisory Board Member, and Founding Medical Partner.
- Board member and advisor to TREZ, LLC., an Orthodontic manufacturer of clear aligners for Dentists and Dental Labs.
- Co-Founder/Co-CEO of JMLS Enterprises. Assisted in the beginning designs, development, and operations for the initial sites of Walmart Health Dental.
- KOL (Key Opinion Leader), course program developer, and lecturer for dental companies such as Dentsply Sirona, Zimmer/BioMet, Henry Schein, TREZ, and Biohorizon. With his MedSpa, he is also recognized as a KOL and holds the Center of Excellence designation for industry leaders, InMode and Evoke.
Phil Cassis
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As an executive leader for one of the largest dental companies in the world, CEO Phil Cassis has successfully led and developed business units and teams, consistently delivering positive results for both the business and their customers. He is extensively networked throughout the dental industry, having partnered with industry leading dental consulting and business service providers. Over the past decade, he has advised thousands of dental practices across all 50 states on business strategy and best practices to improve practice quality, increase profitability, and mitigate risks. His passion for the dental profession emanates from having many family members that are dentists.
As the CEO of Providence Dental Partners, Phil provides strategic vision and leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal responsibility. He is also responsible for partner development and stakeholder relations.
Phil and his wife, Elizabeth, have 3 children, Philip, David, and Michael. He is active in his community, serving as a Scouts BSA leader and coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams amongst other activities. Phil is an avid traveler, enjoys cooking, and is a tolerable golfer.
Jaime Burks
Director of Operations
Recognized and regarded for driving operational excellence across high-growth, high-performing dental organizations, Jaime Burks is an expert in dental practice management, operational efficiency, and team development. She has 25+ years of experience developing and implementing robust practice management policies and procedures, bridging the gap between clinical and business administration in dentistry. She embodies the principles of servant leadership as she builds her teams with a strong foundation in collaboration and teamwork to produce patient satisfaction and exceed practice goals. She is dedicated to staying well-informed of industry trends and best practices, leveraging her knowledge to guide the organization toward continued success in an ever-changing dental landscape. She has trained with many of the industry’s leading consulting and educational groups, including The Pride Institute, Spear Education, Blatchford Solutions, and numerous leadership development programs.
Jaime’s role at Providence Dental Partners is extensive! She has a wide range of responsibilities aimed at overseeing the operational aspects of the business and ensuring its overall success. She is responsible for operational oversight, financial management, team development, regulatory compliance, quality control and more. These responsibilities collectively contribute to driving the organization forward, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of patient care and business performance.
