Providence Dental Partners Names Hannah Hines Vice President of Operations
Dental industry veteran with more than a decade of multi-practice leadership experience joins the organization to drive operational excellence and support continued growth
ATLANTA, GA. September 14, 2026. Providence Dental Partners today announced that Hannah Hines has joined the organization as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Hines will oversee operational strategy, practice performance, and leadership development across Providence Dental Partners’ growing network of practices.
Hines brings more than a decade of multi-practice leadership experience in dentistry, having built her career across every level of the practice, from general dentistry to orthodontic operations, before advancing into multi-site leadership. Most recently, Hines served as the Area Director of Operations at Smile Partners USA, where she provided strategic oversight across a portfolio of 30+ dental practices. Prior to that, she spent five years as Regional Director of Operations at North American Dental Group, overseeing performance across 10 orthodontic practices throughout Georgia, and helped lead the launch of a de novo practice from the ground up as Office Manager.
Over the course of her career, Hines has overseen the performance and growth of more than 50 dental practices. In 2020, she was recognized with a Region of the Year award, an achievement earned during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic and a reflection of her ability to lead teams through uncertainty with resilience and clarity.
